Let Us Introduce Ourselves

The Corporate Learning Institute is comprised of two doctoral-level partners, Susan Cain and Tim Buividas. We are experts in designing and delivering organizational performance building services. Our core faculty and staff are highly seasoned and valuable resources that add impact to our training services.

Our home base is the Marriott Hickory Ridge Conference Hotel, based just outside Chicago. We travel nationally and internationally to offer the best training and development services available.

We work with small to large businesses, non-profit and government organizations with the belief that confident and motivated individual contributors, leaders, and teams are the backbone of organizational performance.

Through our custom-designed programs we teach, inspire, and renew employees. All of our services include an experiential phase that allows participants to learn through personal experience. Whether participants are experiencing a business simulation, climbing a group wall or solving a complex problem, they will have an opportunity to test out their developing skills during each of our training programs.
